What we collect

Contact details you choose to give us (name, email, and anything you write) when you email us or book a call; booking information when you schedule through our booking tool; and basic, anonymised website usage data through cookies and analytics.

Why we use it, and our legal basis

To respond to your enquiry and arrange a call (our legitimate interest, and steps taken at your request); to provide our services if we work together (performance of a contract); and to understand and improve the website (legitimate interest, using analytics cookies only with consent where required). We do not sell your data or use it for automated decision-making.

Who we share it with

Trusted providers who run the site and our business, for example our website platform (Wix), our booking tool (Wix Bookings, connected to Google Calendar and Google Meet), our cookie consent tool (Usercentrics), our website analytics (Google Analytics) and our email provider (Microsoft 365), process data on our behalf under appropriate agreements. We also share data where the law requires it.

How long we keep it, and your rights

We keep information only as long as needed for the purpose it was given and to meet legal and accounting obligations, then securely delete it. You have the right to access, correct, delete, object to or restrict use of your data, and to data portability. Email hello@w2partners.ie to exercise these. You may also complain to the Irish Data Protection Commission (dataprotection.ie).
